FAQ and clarity

  • Once you begin, you’ll answer 9 intuitive questions and select 2 colours that resonate most with you. From there, AGI creates your personalised vision board design based on your energy, preferences and selections. You’ll receive preview images via email for approval before anything is printed.

  • Each framed acrylic vision board measures: 15cm x 10cm x 2cm* Perfect for desks, bedside tables, sacred spaces or personal inspiration corners.

  • Yes. Preview images are emailed to you before printing so you can share your likes, dislikes and request small adjustments. Your board is not printed or posted until you provide final approval. Please note: once final approval is given, the design is considered approved for print production.

  • No. The $100 payment is a non-refundable design deposit that begins the creative process. Once your board has been designed and approved by you, the final payment of $197 is required before printing and postage.

  • All boards are packaged in waterproof protective packaging and sent with tracked registered postage through Australia Post. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of: The packaging The damaged item Your delivery label We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
